Introduction for Exhibitors
We are now taking bookings for stands at the exhibition. The basic stand is 2 metres wide by one metre deep, a very small number of premium stands, 3 metres by 1 metre, are available. We will accept bookings for 2 stands, subject to availability.
Members of Bishop’s Stortford Business Connections and Bishop’s Stortford Chamber of Commerce will get a 50% reduction on the cost of a stand.
Exhibition stands will follow the previous format, but with a revised floor plan to make stands more open and accessible.
For the first time this year, we are letting exhibitors choose their own stand. Look at the floor plan, choose a stand, then check the list to see it is not already booked.
Then print out the form and send it to Business Kinetics with payment in full. Bookings will only be accepted when payment is made, and stands will be allocated according to your preference at this time.
