Government COVID restrictions have now been lifted but we wish to make Bishop’s Stortford Means Business (BSMB) is as safe as possible. The official guidelines and recommendations will be followed as closely as possible. We ask that all exhibitors and visitors act responsibly and with respect for your own and other people’s safety.

 

Lateral Flow Tests –Proof of a negative LFT or vaccination status will not be required, but we suggest all attendees to take a lateral flow test within 48 hours before attending BSMB.

 

Test and Trace – this is no longer a legal requirement but in addition to our normal visitor registration, a QR code will be displayed at South Mill Arts for those wishing to check in using the NHS COVID-19 app.

 

Masks – again, no it is longer a legal requirement to wear a face covering, but we recommend that people continue to wear a face covering in crowded and enclosed spaces, especially during the busier periods in the day.

 

Sanitiser –sanitiser will be available in both the exhibition halls and hand washing facilities in the toilets. Exhibitors are requested to ensure that any surfaces or items on your stand that may be touched by visitors are wiped with anti-bacterial wipes regularly.

Covid Symptoms – DO NOT ATTEND IF you are showing any of the main symptoms of COVID-19. The symptoms are a high temperature, a new, continuous cough or a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste.

Ventilation – we will be keeping doors and windows open as much as possible to keep the venue well ventilated.

​

Close Contact – please try to maintain a safe distance from others at all times. Try to avoid busy areas, and revisit at a later time.

​

Risk Assessments (exhibitors only) – All exhibitors are required to complete a risk assessment for their stand, please ensure it includes Covid safety.

Marketing Kinetics Ltd the BSMB team will be working closely with South Mill Arts to ensure that procedures are in place at BSMB. All visitors are required to adhere to all rules, procedures and safety advice before, during and after the event.
